Political Blogging Dead?
Captain's Quarters blog says that McCain-Feingold could shut him down (and everybody else as well). If you link to a political campaign, you may wind up having to calculate the value of that link. If you go over the contribution limits, you're a criminal. Read the whole thing.

It will be interesting to see how this turns out. Laws have not caught up to the blogosphere.
I highly doubt any court which respects the American ideal of free speech and expression would go as far as not let bloggers POINT TO political sites.
Which means a Republican court could do it.
