Health Insurance Transportation Mandates

It should be fairly clear to anyone who follows the news that health transportation costs are increasing rapidly. Just look at how much tax money we spend on health care bus and light rail service. In order make sure every person pays their fair share, the government should require everybody to buy health insurance new cars every year because those people who do not buy health insurance new cars are increasing health transportation costs for the rest of us.
