Speed Records

It looks like the Department of Health and Human Services is setting some bureaucratic speed records in approving waivers to Obamacare. One company, Harden Healthcare, got theirs approved before the application was finalized! (probably a transposition). Anyway, 111 waivers covering 1,175,411 employees have been approved so far.
